Policy Duration
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our automated Return Center via email: service@nexaeris.com. All returns must be processed through this portal for faster service and accurate tracking.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Original packaging and labels must be intact.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping if returning due to change of mind.
- Non-returnable items: personalized or customized products, opened consumables, and items beyond 30 days from delivery.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong items), we cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer’s change of mind, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for customs delays or import fees; customers should check local regulations before ordering.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and inspected, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or payment processor times may vary.
Partial refunds, if applicable, may deduct applicable shipping costs or damage fees as described above.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact service@nexaeris.com and follow the instructions. Provide photos and order details for verification.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, start your return at service@nexaeris.com. Include photos and order details to ensure a swift resolution.
Change of Mind
Change of mind applies only within 24 hours of placing your order and only if the item has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or refund for change of mind.
Return Process Steps
- Email service@nexaeris.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow instructions from the Return Center for packaging and labeling.
- Ship the item back according to the guidelines provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified of refund or exchange approval.
Force Majeure & Delays
Processing may be delayed due to unforeseen events, including severe weather, strikes, or customs inspection. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible once conditions permit.
